About this file
These presentation slides detail the U.S. Coast Guard's (USCG) Regional Multiple Award Construction Contract (RMACC III), a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for construction services across 10 U.S. regions. The contract will have a one-year base period and two three-year option periods, with an aggregate capacity of $4 billion, covering real property repairs, maintenance, general and marine construction, demolition, historical restoration, and remediation across the entire Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and USCG area of responsibility.
The procurement will use a two-phase best-value tradeoff approach, with region-specific small business set-asides including 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), HUBZone, and Total Small Business categories. Contractors will be evaluated on corporate experience, past performance, capabilities (regional management, technical capabilities, project support capacity), safety, and a technical solution for a seed project. The virtual industry day is scheduled for July 29, 2025, targeting small businesses in construction, engineering, rental, and related services sectors across the United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
