“Question 4: Can our clients submit prior, completed PPQs for projects being featured in our proposal?

Answer 4: If no CPARS record exists, the PPQ provided with the synopsis must be utilized.”

On page 8, section 6. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS, of the Alaska AE 04MAR19 solicitation document it states:

“If no CPARS past performance is available, submit the attached past performance questionnaire

(PPQ) filled out by the client. As an alternative to the prescribed PPQ form, information previously completed by a client may be submitted as long as the information contained is substantially the same information in the attached PPQ form. Past performance submissions shall be submitted under a separate tab labeled “Past Performance”. Include DUNS number for prime firm or JV partners in Part I.”

Please clarify the ability to utilize prior Past Performance information as stated in Amendment 1, Question 4, Answer 4.
