This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for technical services to repair a Woodward Micronet CPU (PN 5466-1035) aboard the USCGC Hamilton. The vessel is unable to operate its Main Gas Turbine due to a critical failure in the Woodward panel, with troubleshooting identifying RAM failure fault codes. The contractor is responsible for supplying two replacement Micronet CPUs (PN 5466-1035), all technical and proprietary data necessary for troubleshooting and repair, programming and software installation, and delivery of parts to the place of performance at USCGC Hamilton, 1050 Register Street, North Charleston, NC 29405. A field report must be provided within five working days of the visit completion.

The related federal contract opportunity is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source (Solicitation 70Z08526Q003444) issued by the Department of Homeland Security United States Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center, identifying Woodward (1041 Woodward Way, Fort Collins, CO 80524) as the intended contractor. The procurement is being conducted using commercial item procedures under FAR Parts 12 and 13 as a Firm Fixed Price contract. The NAICS code is 336611 (Ship Building and Repairing) with Product Service Code J020. The period of service is to be determined and will be coordinated once the replacement CPU becomes available, given the six-week lead time from the original equipment manufacturer.
