The document addresses three industry inquiries with government responses. The RFQ due date has been extended to 1pm EST on July 23, 2026, in response to a request for a twenty-day extension to comply with Randolph-Sheppard Act statutory obligations. Regarding special event meal quantities, the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) will issue a separate Request for Quote prior to each event that specifies meal numbers and allows vendors adequate preparation time.
