About this file
This document contains questions and answers regarding Federal Solicitation Number 70Z08423QDL940019 from the Department of Homeland Security's United States Coast Guard for Cisco Webex Desk Pro equipment without radios that meet Trade Agreements Act requirements. The questions and answers clarify that the government is requesting 20 units of the first line item kit rather than individual components listed, that project management line items cover onboarding and first year phone support for setting up and replacing existing Cisco equipment, and that no additional service options are needed beyond the equipment.

Assumptions / Questions
1. Assumption: Customer intends to order qty 20 of each line item under “CS-DESKPRO-NR-
K9++.” Cisco’s CCW quoting tool automatically populates a qty 1 for each requested DeskPro.
Answer: We are asking for 20 of the first line item which is a KT. The other 8 line items are simply a list of parts that are included in the Kit and the other parts are included just for information/transparency.
2. Question: Customer’s BOM includes “ISFT-PJM,” which calls for Labor, Project Manager.
However, the SoW states this is “is for hardware only; no on-site visit, labor, or technical support is required.” Can the government clarify what is needed or intended with this ISFT-PJM line item?
a. Note: We did see the government’s Q/A template, but the answer provided does not clarify the question at hand.
Answer:
ISFT-PJM covers all project management (onboarding maint of new equipment to existing USCG contract with Cisco) and any phone support required for the first year, if needed to assist setup/replacing the current Cisco equipment.
3. Would the government like a Service option for the CS-DESKPRO-NR-K9++v set at the PoP? The default Service SKU is CON-SNT-CS2AK9DE.
Answer: No.
