Response to Vendor Submitted Questions Charles David Jr DS FY23 Solicitation: 70Z08023QPBPL0010

WORK ITEM 2: Electrical Power Distribution System, Thermographic Inspection (450 VAC And Below) “Would ANSI/ASNT CP-105 and CP-189 certification acceptable”?

Short answer yes, Longer answer, I softened the qualification requirement by saying “a cert is preferred, but otherwise just demonstrate/prove you know how to read the meter” …because this type of requirement can drive the cost of the item up unnecessarily (don’t think you necessarily need to qualification to do the work item).

WORK ITEM 9: Interior Wet Deck Coverings, Reseal “Could USCG provide an image of demonstrating the current condition of a typical damaged area of the epoxy flake flooring system”?
