About this file

This is Amendment A00001 to solicitation 70Z04025QSSDV0005, responding to a contractor question about testing methodology requirements. The amendment clarifies that method IWI-180 is not an acceptable replacement for Direct Read Ferrography in the lubricants testing services required by the United States Coast Guard.

The Coast Guard requires both Direct Read Ferrography and Analytical Ferrography as specified testing methods. The contract structure includes one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods, with fixed price delivery orders on an unrestricted basis.
