About this file
This document is an amendment to a solicitation for the purchase of MTU engine overhaul parts kits to support the recurring maintenance requirements for the Coast Guard's 154' FRC vessels. The amendment responds to two questions received: 1) Extending the solicitation end date to 7/19/2024, and 2) Removing the government's right to adjust up to 5% of kit contents with 60 days' notice. The original solicitation, number 70Z04024Q62201Y00, is for a fixed-price contract on a limited source basis to provide 12 sets of designated parts, with the first 2 sets to be delivered within 180 days of contract award and the remaining 10 sets at 45-day intervals. The contract will support the Patrol Boat Product Line at the Coast Guard Yard.
