Amendment A0001 - Posted on December 08, 2025.

Document titled “Solicitation 70Z03826QL0000003 – Amendment A0001 Questions and

Answers” has been added as an attachment.

Questions and Answers:

1. The annual quantities are 190 and 60 for these tires. We currently have 167 and 45 in stock, respectively. Are you looking to have these shipped all at once, or will you be taking portions of this annual quantity at a time?

a. The Main Landing Gear (MLG) and Nose Landing Gear (NLG) Tires will be ordered via Delivery Orders on an as-needed basis. The USCG is not intending to have these tires shipped all at once.

2. Does the “Delivery” column on the spreadsheet mean the delivery date or delivery terms?

a. The “Delivery” column on the Schedule of Supplies should be filled out with the

Lead Times of the tires being procured. This should be based on a portion of the tires being procured and not all at once.

3. Dunlop typically calculates the needed price escalation at the end of every year and makes it effective on January 1st. I expect to know very soon what the cost will be this January 1st, but we don’t know what next year, the following year, etc., will

be. Since the USCG is working on a 1-year deal with 4 option years, how would I handle the uncertainty of Dunlop’s future pricing?

a. You can use any pricing matrix or escalation method that aligns with your agency’s requirements; it is up to your team to apply your own forecasting and escalation rates to estimate future costs for the option years. All five years of the

Schedule of Supplies must be filled out in your quotation to ensure compliance with the terms and Conditions of this requirement.

4. Am I supposed to complete the checkboxes and such on Attachment 1?

a. Yes please fill out all required information in Attachment 1.
