About this file
This document is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act issued by the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment Standards Administration, Wage and Hour Division. Two separate wage determinations are included with effective dates of March 30, 2026.
The first wage determination (No. 2015-4543, Revision 34) applies to an unspecified state and area, establishing minimum hourly wage rates for over 250 occupational classifications across multiple service categories including administrative support, automotive service, food preparation, furniture maintenance, general services, health occupations, information and arts, information technology, instructional occupations, laundry and dry cleaning, machine tool operation, materials handling, mechanics and maintenance, personal needs, plant and system operations, protective services, recreation, stevedoring, and technical occupations. Wage rates range from $12.74 to $49.64 per hour depending on occupation level and specialization. All occupations receive fringe benefits of $5.55 per hour (or $5.09 per hour under Executive Order 13706 for paid sick leave requirements) plus vacation accrual beginning at two weeks after one year of service, escalating to five weeks after twenty years. Eleven paid holidays annually are mandated. Special provisions apply to computer professionals, air traffic controllers, weather observers, and hazardous materials positions. Uniform allowances are capped at $3.35 per week for maintenance costs where applicable.
The second wage determination (No. 2015-4571, Revision 29) applies specifically to Florida counties of Hernando, Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas, with similar occupational classifications and benefit structures but with adjusted wage rates reflecting regional labor market conditions, generally ranging from $12.80 to $49.10 per hour. Both determinations include identical fringe benefit requirements, holiday provisions, and special pay differentials for hazardous work conditions and night shifts.
