Number Question USCG Response

1 What are Serial numbers for the Air Data

Pressure Test Sets (ADT-3350ER) that need evaluating and calibration?

The serial numbers for the two test sets are:

S/N: 443 and S/N: 437.

We have an option quantity clause, so we don’t know the serial numbers for any future air data tests sets at this time.

2 Should the quote include shipping costs?

No, per page 34 of the solicitation’s Terms and

Conditions, FAR 52.247-32 governs this order. This is further explained on page 17 under Delivery

Terms:

F.O.B. Origin, Freight Prepaid is the F.O.B. point for all deliverables. Therefore, the Contractor pays the freight/shipping charges and then bills for those charges as a separate line item(s) on the invoice. a copy of the freight bill from the actual shipping company MUST be provided. The invoice must match the freight invoice exactly.

3 If yes, should shipping cost be included for round-trip shipping costs (i.e. to and from)

Contractor and Elizabeth City's USCG

Aviation Logistics Center?

Not applicable.

4 How would you like pricing displayed? This depends on your company’s pricing structure.

At minimum, please provide an evaluation and calibration price along with scrap/beyond economical repair (BER) pricing. Please also indicate whether repairs are quoted on a unit-by-unit basis or if your company prices by repair level (e.g., major, minor). If quoted on a unit-by-unit basis, please provide an average repair cost. If repair level, please list the price of each level and what is covered under each level.
