_Amend_2.pdf
52.212-2 General Submission Requirements Pg. 4 & 7
Factor 1, SubFactor 2 a.
The RFP does not include the integrated master schedule (IMS) as a separate electronic file. We believe the IMS should be included as a Microsoft Project electronic file. Does the Government agree that the IMS should be submitted as a separate file from Volume 1 and Volume 2 ?
The IMS provided by the offeror may be a separate attachment to the proposal and will not count toward the page total.
This IMS shall be submitted in PDF. A copy of the updated solicitation is attached.

The RFP does not specify how the Contracts data is to be submitted. Does the USCG want contractors to only return the signed DD-1149 (and any amendments), along with checking the blocks for Reps and Certs (pgs. 24 &
25) or would you like the complete solicitation to be submitted? Additionally, for these items, does the USCG want them submitted as part of Volume 1 or 2, or should we submit them separately as enclosures to our cover letter, or as a separate Volume 3?
The Signature page for the SF- 1449 and the asnwers to FAR 52.212-3 shall be provided as an enclosure to the Contractor's cover page, or Volume 1.
The statement of the location of the Contractor's facility shall be listed on Attachment 1, Schedule. An updated copy of the schedule and solicitation have been provided with this amendment (Amd 0003)

It is impossible to anticipate all TCTOs that would be required for this effort. At this time, the Government has provided all DMPC task cards, Block upgrade 8.1 TCTOs, ASIPs and paint specifications as a part of the Technical Data package to those who have requested the package via written request.

If this is the case and SOW section 2.1 states that “Aircraft deficiencies noted on the Aircraft Condition Report (CG-103) that are not covered by the PSI shall be considered non-routine repairs.” Can the Aircraft Condition Report be provided so as to include incoming deficiencies in the FFP and consider another CLIN to be provided to capture this.
