About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) release for Solicitation 70Z03026QCLEV0004, published on 19 December 2025, covering a security camera installation project. Key details include outdoor camera requirements for a station, with cameras needed at the main building, front gate, dock, parking lots, and fence line. Specific requirements mandate that all cameras must be Made in the USA, with a license plate recognition camera at the front gate capturing recorded video. The installation involves new CAT 6 cable runs, will require a lift for camera placements between 20-30 feet, and will use free air (J-hooks) for cable routing. The project also includes a warranty offering up to two support responses, with a 1-year labor warranty and 3-year equipment warranty. Notably, the solicitation explicitly states that NDAA compliance does not automatically satisfy the Made in USA requirement, and cameras manufactured outside the USA but assembled in the USA are not acceptable.
