The contract will be firm fixed-price, with invoicing to be processed through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP). Interested vendors must be registered or willing to register in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov).

Question: Is the present railing made of iron and does it have to be replaced with the same type of railing?

Answer: It is an aluminum railing as for the replacement of the railing we wanted to match current housing units in which are white composite but depending on price we can go with either the metal or the composite railing.
