Created: 6/27/2022

Question 1: Do you have a storage area where we can store the furniture prior to installation?

Answer: Onsite storage or staging is up to you.

Question 2: Is there a service elevator that we can utilize?

Answer: Freight elevator access is not guaranteed.

Question 3: The standing desk with panels(WS-7) is kinda tricky because of its width. 42"W panels is a dimension that is usually not a COTS item. I was wondering, since the layout shows that the table is going to be on the walls, is it possible that we integrate the 2 panels on the walls for both the 30"D? Or is a desk top panels with a modesty panel accepted instead of a full panel?

Answer: Desktop panels with modesty panel is acceptable so long as it is freestanding and could be moved.

Question 4: Can the Uniform Storage Cabinet (s5) be at 72"H?

Answer: Yes. If you are okay with the new crew lockers being 8" taller than the existing ones, we could group the existing 3 that match along either the wall adjacent to 220A and the 2 taller ones adjacent to 224A or vice versa.

Question 5: The bid says 34” high panels by windows / heaters but the elevations shows 50”h.

What should we quote?

Answer: Bid says 36" H where panels run parallel to heating elements. Other panels are to remain 51".

Question 6: Drawing shows 6’-6” length, but the text describing the workstation says 72”A

Answer: WS-2E work surface A to be 78" L.

Question 7: Description says 36”W, but the table says 30”W

Answer: S-2 lateral file to be 30" W.
