About this file

This document contains Questions and Answers related to a federal contract opportunity for termite abatement services at U.S. Coast Guard Station Destin in Florida. The key details are:

The contract requires mandatory site visits to be scheduled with the Point of Contact, Daniel Flanigan. The total area requiring termite treatment is approximately 15x10 feet, but the termites have spread beyond that area. This is a one-time contract to treat the current infestation and provide preventative treatment once the termites are eliminated. There is no incumbent contractor currently performing these services.

The contract requires a final report upon completion detailing the findings and work performed. Daily reporting is preferred but can be negotiated. The contract is for a single building with three sections. There are no specific security requirements besides providing valid identification. Interested contractors must be registered in SAM.gov and submit quotes to Joel.S.Ivy@uscg.mil.
