Is the Grounds Maintenance Certification mandatory. If so, can we be in the process of obtaining the certification prior to award and get it within the base year? Certified Grounds Manager through Professional Grounds Maintenance Management Society is not required.

Can the detail supervisor and turf technicians be the same person? Yes, they will basically be a working supervisor and keeps overhead cost down.

Can you please clarify: “Approximately 3 acres of grass shall be mowed not to exceed 5 inches”. Total acreages are not precise but provided to give an idea. 3 acres are the approx. total of all property. NTE 5” means that we want the grass maintained at 5” or less in a fashion that promotes growth and is esthetically appealing.
