About this file
This document outlines the key requirements for a grounds maintenance contract for Monroe County property, specifically arborist and landscape services. The contractor must provide bi-weekly service visits to all CG Property areas as outlined in the associated statement of work and maintain monthly invoicing through IPP.gov. Pricing is required for a base contract period plus one option year. The contractor or an approved subcontractor/consultant must hold county certification as an arborist to perform the work.
The scope of services encompasses maintenance of approximately 40 trees and palms, along with general grounds care including bushes and grass across the property with unknown total acreage. The prevailing wage requirements are governed by Wage Determination Update 2015-4583 revision 32, effective 05/13/2026 for Monroe County, which must be incorporated into all labor cost calculations and pricing submissions.
