C. Market Research – Market research was conducted, and it was determined that purchasing a Logitech audio-visual equipment would be in the best interest of the government as the unit upgrade its conference rooms system.

Market research should be focused not only on identifying alternate sources, but also on alternate equipment or substitutes that might fill the government needs with only minor modification.
