About this file

This document is a Past Performance Questionnaire that is to be completed by a reference for an offeror. The questionnaire evaluates the offeror's past performance in the areas of quality of product/service, schedule, cost, and management/business relations. The reference is asked to rate the offeror's performance in each of these areas using a scale of Exceptional, Very Good, Satisfactory, Marginal, or Unsatisfactory, and to provide comments to support the ratings. The completed questionnaire is to be returned to Joel Gibney at the U.S. Coast Guard by August 9, 2024.

The related federal contract opportunity is for the Special Purpose Craft - Ice Rescue Transport Second Generation (SPC-IRT II) boats, which are intended to replace the existing Special Purpose Craft - Airboat (SPC-AIR) boats. The SPC-IRT II boats will be used by the U.S. Coast Guard's Ninth District to perform search and rescue, living marine resources, and other law enforcement missions in sub-freezing temperatures and inland/coastal environments.
