GOVERNMENT RESPONSE

1
I have searched and have been unsuccessful in locating co-working spaces in the following locations.

1.) Brownsville, TX, and 2.) Huntington WV

What allowance, if any, can be given to miles from these major cities?

Locations should ideally be within 50 miles (1 hour driving distance) of requested cities to relieve burden of travel for potential applicants and recruiters.

2
Is there flexibility for the requested coworking spaces within the various locations can be 300 - 350 sq ft office availability (but has the other amenities such as nearby parking, printing, conference rooms etc.) instead of 500-1000 sq ft… due to limited space and/or is current being occupied?
See Amendment70Z02324QCGRC0002A00001 – Attachment 1, PWS Section 2.3.2 has been amended to add, “Square footage shall not be less than 500 sq ft.”
3
If we don't have a location in a certain area, do you want me to get a location closest to that town or just not include that office location. For example, we do not have an office location in Brownsville TX. Our closest location is San Antonio.
Please see response to question 1.
4
How many people or desks do you need in each office?
Please see response to question 2.
5
Who was the prior incumbent and contract number?
This is a new requirement, no incumbent.
6
How long should the prospective contractor hold the price quote within the RFQ -- 30/60/90 days ?
See Amendment70Z02324QCGRC0002A00001 – RFQ has been amended to reflect, “quote validity shall be 90 days.”
7
How much printing/scanning on average will the USCG’s recruiters be utilizing for 10 days per month at the coworking space locations?
See Amendment70Z02324QCGRC0002A00001 – Attachment 1, PWS Section 2.3.4 has been amended to add, “anticipated to be used for approximately 500 documents per month.”
8
If there’s no parking at the selected coworking spaces will there be option for the awarded contractor to provide off-site secure public parking to USCG’s and how far parking must be within

(e.g., 3 block radius)?

See Amendment70Z02324QCGRC0002A00001 – Attachment 1, PWS Section 2.3.4 has been amended to add, “or off-site secure public parking within a three (3) block radius.”
