About this file

This amendment modifies a solicitation for a Platform as a Service (PaaS) to support the U.S. Coast Guard Academy admissions process. The solicitation seeks an existing higher education solution requiring minimal changes. Key changes include adding a cover page requirement, modifying technical factors to emphasize transitioning within 120 days of award, increasing record storage to 800,000, integrating additional data streams, and adjusting deliverable deadlines. Offerors must provide resumes for key personnel and a transition plan demonstrating implementation and training of government employees within 120 days of award. The North American Industry Classification System code is 511210 and the business size standard is $41.5 million, making this a 100% total small business set-aside. The soliciting agency is the Department of Homeland Security U.S. Coast Guard.
