Solicitation 70Z02322RPTT07600 Questions and Responses released on 12.30.21.

Question:

The SOW and solicitation state that implementation must be complete in 60 days. Even with our industry proven solution, this is not feasible. Would the Government consider changing this to 120 days?

Response:

See Amendment 00001. Changed to 120 days.

Is the budget for this program $1m-$2m for the full period of performance (five years) as stated in the APFS

Response:

The APFS is just a forecast based on the information the Government has at that time. The information contained in the AFPS record does not affect the Request for Proposals. IAW the solicitation: “The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.”

Should ‘Attachment C’ be completed entirely? Or, is it provided strictly as an example? The guidance appears to suggest it is a sample in at least one place. Thanks in advance for the confirmation.

Response:

Attachment C is provided to develop an offeror's security plan and incorporate test results. After the contract has been awarded and the transition period completed, Attachment C will be required to be completed to validate compliance.
