SYNOPSIS / PRESOLICITATION NOTICE
70Z02321IPFC01900
The U.S. Coast Guard, Headquarters Formal Contracts Division (CG-9121), in Chesapeake, VA has a requirement for Contractor support services that shall include performance analysis, instructional systems development (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation), training support services and training delivery for resident training at eight or more training center locations and CG Headquarters.
The solicitation will be issued as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business
(SDVOSB) set aside in accordance with FAR Part 19. The applicable NAICS Code is 611519 and the size standard is $16.5 Million. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.

The intended contract vehicle will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.
Task Orders will be issued as Firm Fixed Price based on fixed labor rates when services are required. The period of performance is anticipated to be for a one-year base period plus 4 one-year ordering periods. The performance period of the contract is anticipated to start in November
2022.

This special notice has been issued in an effort to ensure the requirements and instructions in the planned solicitation are clear and concise. Attached to this notice is a DRAFT Performance Work
Statement (PWS) for the Training and Analysis Support Services (TASS) Single-Award IDIQ.
