Q&A Responses – Amendment 00001

In regards to questions received for subject RFQ # 70Z02318QVXS50400 for CGIS Threat

Consultation Services, the U.S. Coast Guard provides the following responses:

Question # 1: Will the Government waive the requirement for the American Board of

Professional Psychology (ABPP) certification?

Response: No. Given the nature of the effort, the Government has determined that we will not waive the ABPP certification requirement for the Key Personnel.

Question # 2: Does the Government require the consultant to be a U.S. citizen?

Response: For this effort, the Government does not require Contractor personnel to be U.S.

citizens.

Question # 3: If the consultant holds a Government clearance, will the work involve classified consultations?

Response: No, there will be no opportunity for classified work.

Question # 4: SOW Section 1.1 states there will be "approximately 3-4 telephone calls per month, lasting about 30-45 minutes per call.” SOW Section 3.1.3 states “CGIS TMU personnel will provide case details via telephone and email.” Will the full investigative file be provided prior to issuing the consultation?

Response: On occasion, redacted case summaries may be provided prior to the consultation.

However, most often, phone calls will involve both a case briefing by TMU and require verbal consult on the same call.

File details come from the government source that posted it.
