Request for Information (RFI)

Department of Homeland Security (DHS)

Office of the Inspector General (OIG)

This is an RFI in support of the Office of Counsel within the DHS OIG. The main purpose of this RFI is to engage industry for feedback on the attached DRAFT statement of work (SOW). This RFI is for market research purposes.

The Office of the Inspector General (OIG) has a need for a cloud-based electronic discovery (eDiscovery)

Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) tool in support of audits, investigations, inspections, and litigation. The platform must support unlimited users and have robust eDiscovery capabilities that support the full

Electronic Discovery Reference Model through all phases including identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, analysis, production, and trial.

This requirement falls under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 518210 –

Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related Services, and the

Product Service Code (PSC) is DB10 – IT and Telecom - Compute As A Service: Mainframe/Servers.

The government is requesting that vendors submit a capability statement and any questions/feedback associated with the DRAFT SOW. The Government also requests an estimate, which will be used for market research purposes only.

The capability statement shall contain the following information:

1. GSA contract number under which the requirements can be acquired.

2. Any additional Government Wide Contracts, e.g. NASA SEWP, ITAC, etc. under which the requirement can be acquired.

3. Type of business, including small business socio-economic category if applicable (e.g., Other than Small, 8(a) s, HUBZone, Non-Profit)

All submissions shall not exceed 15 pages in total.

We ask that any questions submitted be in an excel spreadsheet with the following format:
