About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers file that provides clarifications on specific equipment and component specifications for a federal contract opportunity.
The Q&A addresses eight inquiries regarding acceptable product substitutions and model specifications. Key clarifications include: the Samsung BE65FX-H is an acceptable replacement for the Samsung BE65D-H; the specified Vaddio camera model is 999-99600-100W (RoboSHOT 12E HDBaseT with OneLINK HDMI, White); the Magewell USB Capture device is model 32090.00 (HDMI 4K Plus version, not SDI); the AMX power supply is model FGN9312 (12V External Power Supply with 2-Pin Phoenix Connector for SVSI N-Series equipment); and the serial cable is the Tera Grand SERI-DB9FF-10 (10-foot DB9 Female-to-Female RS-232 cable). For rack shelves, the document provides reference links to examples of 1U and 2U non-vented shelf options from StarTech and Amazon without specifying exact models. Regarding the Cisco CBS350-48FP-4X network switch, which is discontinued with last order dates in 2024, the document indicates that the Cisco C1300-48FP-4X or Netgear M4350-40X4C (XSM4344C) would be acceptable substitutes.
