The Q&A covers five product categories with approved model numbers and descriptions: Samsung Display (Samsung BE65FX-H as an acceptable updated replacement for the BE65D-H), Vaddio RoboSHOT 12E camera system (model 999-99600-100W in white with OneLINK HDMI interface and HDBaseT connectivity), Magewell USB Capture 4K Plus (model 32090.00 HDMI version capable of capturing 4K DCI resolution via HDMI 2.0 input over USB 3.0/3.1), AMX 12VDC Power Supply (model FGN9312 with 2-pin Phoenix connector for SVSI N-Series encoders, decoders, and audio transceivers), and a Tera Grand serial cable (model SERI-DB9FF-10, a 10-foot female-to-female DB9 RS-232 serial cable).
The document confirms equipment specifications and acceptable substitutions without indicating response dates, pricing terms, award dates, or other contract-specific terms. It serves as a reference guide for contractors regarding approved equipment models and their technical specifications relevant to the solicitation requirements.
