About this file
This Request for Information (RFI) from the United States Secret Service seeks market research for developing an end-to-end (E2E) hiring lifecycle IT solution. The RFI outlines comprehensive requirements for a software platform that will manage the entire employee recruitment and onboarding process, including capabilities such as recruiting event management, candidate tracking, position description development, dashboards for stakeholders, integration with USA Jobs and other HR systems, and automated workflows for hiring stages, onboarding, performance management, awards processing, and employee separation.
The RFI is scheduled for release on April 18, 2025, with responses due by April 28, 2025. While no contract will be awarded directly from this RFI, the government indicates a potential future firm fixed-price contract with a 1-year base period and four option periods. Respondents are asked to provide a 10-page capabilities statement that includes company information, technical capabilities, small business status, previous federal agency work experience, and other details. The ideal solution must be FedRamp certified and include senior, mid-level, and software developers to support the comprehensive HR system requirements.
