USSS - Standard Sensitive Info

Question: Water to be provided by the government?

Response: Water will not be provided; water tanks were requested to hold up to 600 gallons per each restroom trailer in the SOW.

Question: How far from each trailer will water be?

Response: Water tanks were requested to hold up to 600 gallons per each restroom trailer. The water tanks should sit next to the restroom trailers.

Question: Power : each 10-stall trailer requires 2 20amp/110v circuits that are dedicated. Will these be provided?

Response: A power source is available for hookup; however, the contractor must supple their own cables.

Question: Will the trailers go on asphalt/concrete or grass?

Response: One trailer will sit on asphalt the other will sit on a hard gravel surface.

Question: Weekly pumping, 1x per week?

Response: Per the SOW, pump out service is being requested every other day in the months of October – May.

During the months of June – October only 1 pump out service a week. Additional pump out service may be requested.

Question: Housekeeping ? 3x per week?

Response: Per the SOW, janitorial service is being request three times a week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday during the months of October – May. During the months of June – October only 1 janitorial service a week.

Additional janitorial service may be requested.

Question: No chemicals when cleaning”; What does “no chemicals” mean? Industry standards require certain sanitation and deodorization that may be classified as chemicals by the US government.

Response: No large quantities of commercial chemicals will be allowed on the property. Standard household size cleaners will be allowed. No bleach.

Question: A pump-out truck shall not be on the property while providing janitorial services”; Be advised that our trucks are the means of transportation of our technicians. This is asking for a separate and distinct mode of transportation for a separate janitorial service.

Response: If only janitorial service is being done, a more low-key vehicle that is not pumping sewage is required.

These restrooms sit on a country club and there is an aesthetic that must be always maintained.

Question: The PWS states that the restroom trailer needs to have 4 female stalls, 4 urinals, and 2 male stalls.

However, the standard 10 stall restroom trailer has 5 female stalls, 3 urinals, and 2 male stalls. Will this be suitable for the government?

Response: Yes, the SOW has been revised to reflect the standard 10 stall restroom trailer.
