About this file

The document is a Vendor Questions and Responses (Q&A) spreadsheet for Request for Quote (RFQ) 70US0925Q70092266, addressing a Golf Car Lease and Maintenance solicitation for the US Secret Service. The RFQ seeks two 2-passenger EZGO RXV electric golf cars to be leased and maintained in Jupiter, FL, with potential quantity adjustments based on demand. Key Q&A clarifications include: no tags are required, third-party delivery and maintenance are acceptable if all communications and expenses are managed through the awarded contractor, and the agency will be responsible for damages to golf cars while in their possession.

The solicitation requires quote submissions by 04/16/2025 at 4:00 PM EST, with quotes to be emailed to aisha.collins@usss.dhs.gov and jade.gaston@usss.dhs.gov. The golf cars will be used on residential community roads and golf course grounds. The government point of contact will schedule semiannual maintenance and provide location details, with the expectation that the contractor will coordinate all service-related communications and expenses.
