VENDOR QUESTION

Are the CONUS Field and Residential Offices also within the NCR?

Will this be a single award BPA?

Are the sites outside of the NCR (e.g. Customer Site 6: TBD – CONUS Field Offices and Residence Offices) still expected to be in Maryland?

Are the CONUS offices in the area? Or can we expect them to be all over the United States?

1. Please confirm the number of cylinders for rent monthly? It appears to be 144. 2. Please confirm the number of dewars needed to rent monthly? 3. Can you please confirm how many oxygens size D you will need monthly?

I wanted to know if the Gases have to come from the DC area?

Who is the incumbent for this requirement?

GOV RESPONSE

No, there are 3 in the NCR, but the remainder are outside the NCR.

Single award five-year BPA.

No. CONUS offices are outside NCR.

No. CONUS offices are outside NCR. CONUS is all over the continental US.

Viewing this as a staged progression with the 4 groups initially in the NCR in the first two years, adding additional NCR groups in the next year, and finally all CONUS offices in the out years. Not all offices will elect to participate.

It will vary month to month based on usage and mission needs. Numbers provided are current projections, not guaranteed. Orders will occur on sporadic (estimated monthly, could be weekly or quarterly depending on mission use and individual site) frequency.

The gases do not have to come from the DC area; shipping gases in may increase vendor rates and may make it difficult to meet the timeline for rapid or emergency orders. Gases must come CONUS due to differences in US and foreign cylinder specifications.

Multiple – ARC3/Arcet Equipment Supply (main), Roberts Oxygen (secondary)
