• The range must be able to accommodate all handgun and shotgun calibers.
• The range must have reduced-light or no-light firing capabilities.

A bullet trap shall exist on the range. The range owner will be responsible for lead recovery at the range.
Scope:
The estimated number of rounds fired per month is 20,000.
TSA will provide all ammunition, targets and firearms instructors.
TSA estimates that it will require 1044 hours of range time per year. Additional hours may be necessary for a variety of reasons (e.g. hiring surges, changes in training requirements, etc.). Any additional hours are inherently considered to be within the scope of the contract, as the contract is intended to provide for all firearms training needs of the field office. However, this is NOT a requirements contract. Any increase in the number of contracted hours can only be made by the Contracting Officer and will be done via written contract modification. No on-site changes are authorized.
