7 RFQ, Page 3 of 16, Section 2.3 (Technical Requirements/Tasks/Outcomes)
A concern. Is space an issue at the location where the unit is to sit? Will the unit size requested going to accommodate the space needed?
Recommendations is to go up in size to a 32x8 or 36x8 to have adequate space for 6 individuals and the furniture. These size units would have an individual office; 2 people could go into the office with the remaining individuals in the open area.
Another option is to remove the wall for office, but that would incur additional charges to remove wall and return the unit to standard upon removal. It may be more cost efficient to lease a new unit.
Due to our original funding projections and the funding cuts, we are going to stay with the original size in the SOW.
