About this file

This award notice solicits proposals for armed protective security officer services for federal facilities across Colorado. The Department of Homeland Security Federal Protective Service requires the services under an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods, as well as an optional six-month extension. Offerors must possess a Top Secret security clearance prior to the start of services. The estimated hours of protective security officer services needed over the 66-month period is 2,146,000. The contract will utilize firm fixed pricing and utilize a best value tradeoff source selection approach, where technical factors are more important than price. Proposals are due on June 1, 2018.

Amendment 0003 provides Exhibit 13 in an Excel file, and revised Exhibits and a revised attachment. Contractor Q&A is not attached and will be provided as a separate file.
