About this file
This amendment to a solicitation for armed protective security officer services provides updated requirements. The Department of Homeland Security is seeking these services for locations in Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska through an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity-type contract with a firm-fixed price. The base period of performance is 12 months with four 12-month options. Offerors must have a Top Secret facility clearance and be registered in SAM. Interested parties must register for the pre-proposal conference by December 4, 2020 to receive location and time details. Proposals are due through a technical proposal and price proposal that will be evaluated using best value tradeoff procedures.
