No available at this time.

Please clarify if conduit is needed above the drop ceiling for the cable runs inside the building.

SOW E.3.4 If exsisting cable trays runs are avalible or J hooks they can be used.

A 192TB seems excessive for the 13 multi-head cameras the Government has specified in this RFQ. Should the contractor provide a 192TB NVR or provide one based on RFP requirements (30 days retention, framerate, expansion, etc.)?

SOW C.3.1

Contractor shall calculate appropriate storage for all cameras recording at fifteen (15) images/frames per second (ips/fps) at the device (per sensor, not total system), maximum resolution, and minimum compression, 24/7. Storage capacity shall be capable of storing video for a minimum of thirty (30) days. The Contractor shall calculate and provide video storage requirements; the Contractor shall include enough storage for an additional 20% auxiliary for future expansion maintaining the thirty (30) day minimum requirement, per sensor.

Note: The Listed-TB (minimum 192TB) in this SOW is only used as a reference guide and actual TB required will be determine by the contractor, but no less than a 192TB server shall be installed.

22 Can the government identify the MDF/IDFs on a floor plan? Distribution Frame... MDF=Main Distribution Frame. Telecommunication room is located in the basement on the Green Building side.

If access with lifts are possible, it will be permitted.

Please provide requirements and expectations of cabling methods.

The video surveillance system utilizes a low-voltage architecture and as standard practice is normally not designed for 100% conduit.
