4. Page 95, (D)(1) Other Direct Costs is changed to read as follows:
“The Government will reimburse the Contractor on the basis of actual cost for the following, provided such costs comply with the requirements in paragraph (i)(1)(ii)(B) of this clause:

5. Page 95, (D)(2) Indirect Costs (Material Handling, Subcontract Administration, etc.) is changed to read as follows:
“The Government will reimburse the Contractor for indirect costs on a pro-rata basis over the period of contract performance at the following fixed price: the offeror is permitted to recover their indirect costs applicable to the ODC CLINs of the contract. The offeror shall provide their indirect rate applicable to the ODC CLINs for each contract period on the Price Element Breakdown (Attachment #5). This rate is not subject to adjustment nor audit and shall remain fixed throughout the life of the contract. The offerors indirect costs applicable to ODCs are recovered by applying the awarded indirect rate against the actual ODC amounts incurred during contract performance. In order to evaluate the impact of the offeror’s proposed indirect rate on their total evaluated price, the rate is applied to the $50,000 ODC not-to-exceed amount for each contract period. For price evaluation purposes only, the computed indirect cost amount applicable to the ODC CLINs is added to the total evaluated price, which includes the Labor Hour pricing and the ODC not-to-exceed CLINS at $50,000 a contract period. However, the actual awarded ODC CLINs will be at the $50,000 not-to-exceed amount per each contract period inclusive of the applicable indirect costs.
