ATTACHMENT B

Price Scenario

The Offeror shall propose pricing to guarantee the provision of contingent fuel delivery and dispensing service.

Please note, the price scenario and location are for proposal evaluation purposes only.

The price shall include:

Dedicated resources to provide and dispense the fuel listed below at 3 DHS locations in the Continental United States (CONUS): California, Florida, and Virginia.

Assume service is provided at all 3 locations concurrently.

Provide service for five (5) days following the notice to proceed.

Assume Oil Price Information Service (OPIS) fuel rates for the regional CONUS locations as of May 3, 2019.

Apply the Adjusted Priced as described in Section I Paragraph 2.6 of this solicitation.

Assume the following daily fuel consumption rates for each location for the following fuels and quantity:

Assume a 48 hour service level agreement (SLA) for CONUS locations.

Include per daily rate price in accordance with Attachment C: DHS Emergency Fuels and

Services Pricing Table

Include a basis of estimate (BOE) with the proposed price of the scenario. The BOE shall contain a detailed estimate and breakout of prices as well as a narrative of assumptions and methods of estimation used to derive the price estimate based off of the Attachment C: DHS Emergency

Fuels and Services Pricing Table. The BOE shall also include any miscellaneous charges above and beyond the cost of fuel services including delivery charges, surcharges, Government fees, service fees, cost markups, overhead, profit, and taxes (if required).
