About this file
This is a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Products and Services issued by the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) at Glynco, Georgia. The contract number is 70LGLY26QGLB00058, with an offer due date of September 19, 2026 at 1600 ET. The contracting officer is Maritza L. Jennings, telephone 912-267-3537.
The contract requires generator inspection, maintenance, and certification services for 15 generators located across various FLETC buildings, with services performed by trained, qualified technicians in accordance with manufacturer recommendations. The base period runs from October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027, with four option years extending through September 30, 2031. Services include three minor inspections and one major inspection per generator annually, plus one annual load bank test per NFPA 110 standards. The contract includes up to twelve troubleshooting service calls and eight minor repairs (not to exceed $2,000 each) annually on a firm-fixed price basis. Generators are primarily Generac natural gas units ranging from 35-625 KW, one Onan unit, and one propane Generac unit. Delivery is FOB Destination. The contractor must obtain FLETC identification badges for all personnel, comply with facility safety directives and OSHA requirements, maintain comprehensive general liability insurance ($200,000 per person/$500,000 per accident), automobile insurance, and workers' compensation insurance. All inspection reports must be submitted within two business days of service completion, and annual certifications within five business days of load testing. The contract is set aside for women-owned small businesses and requires contractor compliance with combating trafficking in persons requirements.
