About this file
This is a Question and Answers document for Request for Quote 70LCHS26QPFB00046 issued by the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers for a compact track loader skid steer with attachments.
The procurement is a Small Business Set-Aside. The equipment must be delivered to Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers, 2000 Bainbridge Ave, North Charleston SC 29405, Building 26, and must be new equipment only. The equipment must be driveable off a trailer as there is no loading dock available. The primary machine is a Kubota SVL75-3 with high flow hydraulic capability, though other comparable manufacturers are acceptable if they do not require special harnesses or attachments. Quotations must include a concrete mixer from Skid Steer Solutions, with all other attachments from the same brand and compatible with the specified concrete mixer. All other attachments must be the same brand as the primary loader. Vendors may submit equivalent manufacturers supported by technical compliance matrices, provided no special adaptations are required. Electronic quotes must be submitted to queen.h.singleton@fletc.dhs.gov and Jacqueline.Marquez@fletc.dhs.gov by Friday, September 18, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time. The document clarifies that questions regarding forklift specifications do not apply to this skid steer solicitation.
