About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for Request for Quote 70LCHS26QPFB00046 for a compact track loader and attachments.

The procurement is a Small Business Set-aside for the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) located at 2000 Bainbridge Ave, North Charleston, SC 29405, Building 26. The requirement is for a Kubota SVL75-3 compact track loader with high flow hydraulic capability (19.2 and 29.8 gallons per minute) and 15.8-inch tracks, along with four attachments including a concrete mixer from Skid Steer Solutions. The government specifies that new equipment only is acceptable and must be capable of being driven off a trailer without a loading dock. Regarding equipment flexibility, the government will accept comparable manufacturers if they require no special harnesses or attachments, and will accept a Kubota SVL75-3 with 71.6 gross horsepower if it meets hydraulic flow requirements. All attachments except the concrete mixer must be from the same brand as the loader and fully compatible with the concrete mixer specified. Quotes must be submitted electronically to queen.h.singleton@fletc.dhs.gov and Jacqueline.Marquez@fletc.dhs.gov with a closing deadline of Friday, September 18, 2026 at 2:00 pm Eastern Daylight Time.
