About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers file for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Off-Center Lodging at FLETC Artesia, solicitation number 70LART26QPFB00001. The BPA is set aside exclusively for Small Business Concerns, with prospective vendors required to submit a brief capability statement including prior experience (not exceeding three pages). The government will evaluate vendors based on prior experience and management capability, and no pricing is required at this time. Potential vendors can be either hotels or third-party travel management companies, but all must be registered in SAM.gov.

Key details include that the contract start date is to be determined upon government reopening, and invoices will be processed through the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and paid via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Hotels must meet quality standards specified in the Statement of Work, provide safety deposit boxes, and may be subject to random onsite inspections. Multiple hotels can be submitted for consideration, and there will be no tiered ranking of approved hotels. The tax exempt form will be provided solely for third-party vendors, and hotels will remain responsible for taxes unless awarded a BPA.
