Questions and Answer

As a primary contractor the acquires the subcontracting local property manager is it sufficient that I rely on their local credentials if any are needed?

Answer: Our contract is only with the Prime. Please look up the State requirement for credentials for local property managers.

We would like to know if this is a brand new contract OR if there is (was) an incumbent performing these services.

Answer: This a new contract.

We noticed your pricing in the chart reflects FMV in the area. The homes we've been locating for you are all priced above the requested FMV. Would you still consider homes that exceed those prices?

Answer: Yes, please submit the pricing that you are finding out there. This will help us determine the true market rate.

Please send me the hotel room / condo rates for FEMA?
