Rim clamps, bolts, nuts or other related tire-mounting hardware shall be new. All rims shall be the same color. tire rated for 3,500-pounds load range is acceptable, but the lowest price that conforms to the solicitation will be accepted. While FEMA understands that an increase in load bearing is more beneficial, FEMA will accept the lowest bid that meets the minimum specifications.
