BACKGROUND:

FEMA Region 10 requires maintenance, inspections, and repair services for elevator equipment to ensure proper operation and safety compliance.

SCOPE OF WORK:

The Contractor shall provide all labor, parts, and materials for preventative maintenance and repair services for elevator equipment at FEMA

Region 10 locations. Services include, but are not limited to, inspections, maintenance, checks, repairs, and reporting as detailed in the attached Statement of Objectives (SOO).

B) Equipment & Services:

- Elevator pumps, controllers, valves, dispatching equipment, selector, elevator car, hostway, accessory equipment, fixtures, lubricants, fluids, ropes, motor and generator, and testing. Repairs resulting from inspections shall be completed with a contract modification and agreement from both parties.

Deliverables:

-Maintenance and inspection reports for each visit

-Repair recommendations and documentation of all work performed

-Advance notification (minimum 1-day) before site visits
