About this file

This document is Questions and Answers related to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Travel Trailers Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, Solicitation #70FB8024R00000002, issued by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

The RFP seeks proposals for a multiple award fixed-price IDIQ contract for commercial travel trailers. Pricing submission is required at the time of competing a Delivery Order for certain Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs), but not at the time of initial proposal. The RFP has a 5-page limitation for the Phase I submission, which is the only document due by the May 14, 2024 deadline. Future orders under the IDIQ may include a priority rating under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System. The IDIQ contract is anticipated to be awarded during Fiscal Year 2024, with a 12-month base period and four 12-month ordering periods. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 336214 "Travel Trailer and Camper Manufacturing".
