Question Response
Does this replace or supersede the previous RFQ that listed CONUS and
OCONUS sites?
This requirement replaces the prior Disposal & Destruction solicitation.
You now have listed 40’ roll off containers. Is intent for contractor to drop containers at site? Will FEMA be loading them or contractor? How long will drops need to be, days? Weeks? Months?
The 40’ roll off containers is a reference size measurement.
Not drop-off containers just for sizing utilized by industry.
Contractors will be completing the loading. If they utilize the 40’ roll off containers time can be coordinated with
COR & DC Managers, will depend on amount of commodity Type needed to be disposed and Distribution
Center Schedule and in accordance with specific Task
Orders for duration needed.
