About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for federal contract opportunity 70FA4026Q00000014. The document addresses four key inquiries regarding delivery and equipment requirements for what appears to be a FEMA medical equipment procurement.
Regarding delivery requirements, the contracting officer confirms that delivery must include assembly, setup, and testing of equipment. For authorization documentation, only a manufacturer warranty is required—no authorized letter from Brewer or another original equipment manufacturer is necessary upon acceptance. The contracting officer clarifies that prior experience furnishing medical equipment is not required; general commercial delivery experience is sufficient for this procurement. For the examination table requirement, the contracting officer specifies that a Brewer brand table with pneumatic back and electrical outlet (model 5000) is required. The contracting officer notes that the space has been designed specifically to accommodate this model, no additional parts are needed, and this model meets all specifications and safety features required for the project.
