Question # Question or Comment Government Response

The Scope of work calls for Dual 96 strand trunks, One in a counterclockwise fashion to buildings 171, 277, 294, and 322.

As well as the other trunk in a Clockwise fashion to buildings 19, 28, 78, and 210. In the diagram you provided in Amendment 0002 it looks like you want home runs from building 21 of (8) 24 strand SM fiber optic cables. Or is (2) 96 strand SM fiber optic cables Mid-sheathed and terminated at each Buildings fiber enclosure location the plan?

The intent is to have (2)96 strand SM fibers coming from building 21 that will both run into the first manhole. From there it will split paths until it reaches the next manhole and/or conduit to the adjoining buildings. We need 24 fibers going to each building past building 21 allowing it (building 21) to act has the hub with all other building to act as spokes.
